The Treaty of surrender was a surrender agreement between the Republic of Atlantis and AnarchoCommunist National Liberation Army that formally ended the Battle of Poseidon, during the Atlantis Civili War.

Article I
- All rebels soldiers that fight in the Battle of Poseidon can't be citizens of any micronation for al least 5 years.
Article II
- Sante Carbone don't represent any citizen of the Socialist Autonom Republic of Atlantis.
Article III
- The Socialist Autonom Republic of Atlantis is a dictatorship and a terrorist group, so, the Socialist Autonom Republic of Atlantis can't be recognized by any democratic micronation.
Article IV
- The AnarchoCommunist National Liberation Army melts for order of the Chief of Staff and Vice President Manuel De Felice.
Article V
- The Socialist Autonom Republic of Atlantis must not attack the Republic of Atlantis or any nation allied with it.
