Second Decree of the Sixth Midget Master

SECOND DECREE OF THE SIXTH MIDGET MASTER

II : The Dissoloution of the Midget nation in exile; Foundation of the midget empire.

1. The Midget Nation-in-Exile is hereby renamed the Midget Empire.
2. The Midget Empire is ruled by the Midget Master.
3. The Midget Master holds most power in the Midget Empire.
4. A Decree of the Midget Master (such as this one) may not be lawfully challenged or disobeyed, unless by the terms of a later decree.
5. The Midget Nation-in-Exile hereby reaffirms the eternal alliance with the Footballers of Rushy Meadow Primary School (first made in June 2006).
6. The Midget Nation-in-Exile hereby issues an unrecognize declaration because for the hostile actions taken by the Push Bench Gang in April 2003 against them to the Midget Army.
7. The Midget nation in exile is herby DISSOLVED.
