SECOND DECREE OF THE FOURTH MIDGET MASTER
II: Declaration of War against Lord General William
- The Midget Nation-in-Exile hereby declares war on the forces of Lord General William of South Kilttown.
- All members of the Midget Army are hereby ordered to engage in combat and defeat the forces of Lord General William whenever possible.
- All garrisons will defend all Provinces and Protectorates from the forces of Lord General William to the best of their ability, and not surrender unless ordered to.
- Any member of the Midget Army who refuses to follow orders will be captured and held under guard until the Midget Master gives orders concerning him/her.
