1st Immigration Act
Clause 1. Until this law is repealed , all residential immigration and emigration is legal
Clause 2. The State requires checking for disease in immigrants. The Federal Department of Health determines which disease are to be tested for.
Clause 3. This bill authorizes the construction and activation of health checkpoints at National borders which may be enforced by chosen agents of the state or national government
Clause 1. All residents may receive State-provided service if they pay required taxes
Clause 2. Residency alone may not give right to citizenship
