Clause 1. The Marriage of a consenting heterosexual couple is now legalized. Under government terminology these shall simply called Marriages.
Article 2.[]
Clause 1. The Personal Union of a consenting homosexual couple is now legalized. Government Terminology shall refer to these only as Personal Unions.
Article 3.[]
Clause 1. The duty of recognizing Personal Unions and Marriages now belongs to the States towards their residents.
Clause 2. The state shall not allow interference and may not interfere on the processes of Personal Unions and Marriages chosen by the couple.
